To the heads of territorial bodies of federal executive authorities, executive authorities of Nizhny Novgorod region, local self-government bodies: -to communicate the forecast of emergencies to the chairpersons of the Emergency Situations Commission, all services of the municipal level of the State System for Prevention and Response to Emergencies, interested organizations and institutions; -to ensure the dissemination of information to the population, tourist groups, including through mass media and official websites of municipal administrations; -to ensure decision-making (based on the predicted probability and monitoring data of the developing situation) on bringing management bodies, forces, and resources to the "INCREASED READINESS" operational mode and organize additional measures to protect the population and territories from emergencies; -to prepare the forces and resources of municipal levels of the State System for Prevention and Response to Emergencies in accordance with the Action Plans for the prevention and elimination of emergencies, organize the work of interagency operational headquarters; -to check the availability and readiness for use of material and technical resources for the elimination of possible accidents; -to identify and prepare temporary accommodation points for the evacuated population from settlements exposed to forest fires, plan evacuation measures; -to organize the work of mobile operational groups for patrolling the territories of settlements, adjacent territories, and places of mass recreation of people to prevent violations in the field of fire safety; -to take additional measures for fire safety arrangements in the territories of settlements (creation (updating) of fire mineralized strips around settlements, removal of dry vegetation, maintaining fire water supply sources in working condition, etc.); -to establish control over the enforcement of the ban on burning herbaceous vegetation, building fires, burning brushwood, logging residues, and flammable materials; -to strengthen control over the developing situation through duty dispatch services, ensuring timely passage of information and reports; -reporting materials on the dissemination of emergency warnings should be placed on \server-cuks.spas.netEDDS EXCHANGEyearmonthdate Detailed forecast and in the "Personal Account" of the EDDS information system "Atlas of Hazards and Risks" within 1 hour. 2. In accordance with the concluded agreements, please inform the Central Dispatch Service of the Main Office of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for Nizhny Novgorod region about receiving the Emergency Warning and the measures taken in accordance with the recommendations.
