This was reported by the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the region. The day before, footage from a dashcam circulated on social media showing how on Kazan Highway, the driver of a black foreign car decided to save time and crossed a solid line to enter the oncoming lane. The incident occurred around 11:30 on May 16. Police officers quickly identified the violator, who turned out to be a 69-year-old resident of the Sokolsky district. A protocol has been drawn up against him, and he faces a fine of 7,500 rubles or a driving ban for up to six months.
