      The agency "OKA" organized a panel discussion titled "The Woman of the New Code: Soft Power in an Era of Change" as part of the "CIPR-2026" conference at the Nizhny Novgorod Fair. Participants from the USA, Europe, and New Caledonia shared their experiences of social adaptation in different regions of Russia, professional fulfillment, and the preservation of family values after relocating. The event was attended by representatives from government, business, and public organizations. The General Director of the "OKA" Agency, Jakob Pinneker, reported that since mid-2024, the agency has received over 1,350 applications for relocation to the Nizhny Novgorod region. According to him, 115 people have already moved to the region, including more than 20 families with children. Kylie Monson from the USA spoke about moving to Russia to develop a farming business. Currently, the farm has 120 Romanov sheep. Plans include increasing the herd to 600 cows and 300 sheep, as well as planting potatoes on 200 hectares. Ella Klarot from New Caledonia reported that she moved to the Nizhny Novgorod region with her father and is participating in a project to restore the fertility of depleted lands. According to her, adaptation began with learning the Russian language. Tara Reid from the USA, a former assistant to Senator Joseph Biden and currently a writer and RT commentator, talked about moving to Russia and obtaining citizenship. She noted the opportunities for professional activity and respect for traditional values. Maria Dudko, a specialist in working with foreign bloggers, emphasized that knowledge of the Russian language expands opportunities for professional fulfillment, including in the media and digital content sectors. Marina Serova, a business developer at the "OKA" Agency, reported that the agency supports foreign entrepreneurs at all stages of project implementation, providing prompt feedback. The "OKA" Agency operates with the support of the Nizhny Novgorod regional government under Presidential Decree No. 702 on providing humanitarian assistance to foreigners who share traditional spiritual and moral values. According to the agency, with its support, more than 100 foreigners from EU countries, the USA, Canada, and Australia have relocated to the region.
