This was reported by the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia, citing the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Upper Volga Hydrometeorological Center." Meteorologists expect that the average daily air temperature will exceed the climatic norm by seven degrees or more, with usual values ranging from 12 to 14 degrees Celsius.
