The memorandum provides for long-term cooperation in the framework of experience exchange, joint implementation of educational and cultural initiatives, and the popularization of natural sciences in the field of astronomy and cosmonautics among students and teachers. "The signed agreement with our Minsk colleagues is not just an exchange of experience, but the creation of a unified educational space. We are joining efforts to make astronomy and cosmonautics more accessible to the residents of both Russia and Belarus.
