The boy was crossing the roadway at a regulated pedestrian crossing on a green traffic light, but did not dismount from his bicycle. As a result of the accident, the child sustained bruises. Medics took him to a medical facility for assistance. Another incident occurred around 15:20 on Vasily Ivanov Street near house No. 14/8. An 18-year-old driver, who had received his license only four months ago, was behind the wheel of a VAZ-21074. In a residential area, he ran over a 13-year-old child.
