The layout for the construction of a house and a school building in Molitovka has been approved.

      On May 15, 2026, at 19:17, the Society reported that the regional Ministry of Urban Development approved the planning project for the construction of an apartment building for resettlers and a new building for school No. 106 in Molitovka.       The project concerns a site located within the boundaries of Golubeva, Dargomyzhskogo, Admiral Makarov streets, and Zarechny Boulevard in the Leninsky district of Nizhny Novgorod. The area of the territory is 60.7 hectares. The project for land surveying on Golubeva Street has also been approved.

      The project includes the construction of a 10-story apartment building next to house No. 10 on Golubeva Street. The total area of the apartments will be about 5,200 square meters. A contract for its construction, worth 635 million rubles, was signed in October 2025 with LLC "Vira."

      In addition, the construction of a new building for school No. 106 with 300 places is planned. It is included in the city's social infrastructure development program until 2030. The need for places in kindergartens will be met by existing institutions. The variable-height building will appear next to the existing building on Zarechny Boulevard. The total area of the building will be 13,400 square meters.

      The project also plans to create the necessary infrastructure. In particular, access roads, intra-block passages, and sidewalks, parking for 70 cars, children's and sports playgrounds, landscaping, lighting, and connection to engineering networks are planned.

      All work—from site preparation to the construction of the house and school—is scheduled within the framework of the first phase. It is planned to complete them by 2027 inclusive.
