Last year, the Volga-Vyatka Bank of Sberbank launched over 350 digital transformation projects with more than 235 companies. The majority of these (44%) are industrial enterprises, including food, chemical, oil and gas, forestry, and metallurgy sectors. 25% of the projects were in the construction sector, and 21% in trade and services. Now AI helps control the roadmap for housing construction, which allows reducing timelines by 15-25% and saving through resource optimization. At the international conference AI Journey in 2025, which, by the way, has become an annual gathering point for those using AI as a key tool for technological breakthroughs, we presented an AI assistant based on the GigaChat neural network for the mobile application of the airline 'Tulpar' from Tatarstan. Previously, passengers had to wait for a manager or manually search for information on the website. Now the neural network provides round-the-clock consultations on key passenger inquiries—about baggage, transportation, and company services. A small change—but the quality of service has improved dramatically." In early March of this year, Sber opened access to the corporate platform GigaChat Enterprise—where businesses can create personalized AI agents. The platform is tailored to specific requests and needs of the business. This helps automate routine operations, increases productivity, and speeds up work.
