D) of the Nizhny Novgorod Regional Children's Clinical Hospital on Vaneeva Street did not pass the state examination. This information was published in the Unified State Register of Real Estate. The developer is a medical institution, and the preparation of the project documentation was handled by the state enterprise of the Nizhny Novgorod region for the completion and restoration of real estate objects. The regional office of state expertise of project documentation and engineering surveys issued a negative conclusion.
