The goalkeeper of "Pari NN" apologized for the match and invited fans to Kazan at his own expense.

      Captain of FC "Pari Nizhny Novgorod" Nikita Medvedev apologized to the fans for the outburst after the defeat to CSKA. A video of the apology was published on the club's social media.

      This refers to the match on May 11, in which the Nizhny Novgorod team lost to CSKA with a score of 1:2. This defeat became the eighth in a row.

      After conceding a goal, goalkeeper Medvedev looked at the stands and saw a banner supporting the former coach of the "parisians," Alexey Shpilevsky. This caused a storm of negative emotions in the player.

      "I’ve been busting my ass here for you for two years! What did he do to you? Our coach... Did he gather you once? Shame!" shouted the captain, accompanying all of it with profanity.

      The video of Medvedev's "performance" spread across social media and the media. The scandal has escalated to such an extent that the player may now face a fine or even a suspension for unsportsmanlike conduct. A decision will be made by the Disciplinary Committee of the RFU tomorrow, May 14.

      On the eve of the verdict, the captain of "Pari NN" decided to apologize for his emotions.

      "There were women and children in the stands. They probably shouldn’t have heard profanity from me. But what I said, the course of my thoughts, I keep to myself," said the athlete, adding that he did not understand the "action" and therefore could not contain his emotions.

      The footballer invited the fans to the final game of the championship, which will be crucial for "Pari NN." Let’s remember that the Nizhny Novgorod team is currently in the relegation zone of the RPL. Our team is in 15th place, with 22 points. In the final round, they need to beat "Rubin" and hope for a defeat of Makhachkala's "Dynamo" in the match against "Spartak."

      By the way, Medvedev is ready to pay for the fans' bus trip to Kazan.

      "I will be happy to see at the stadium everyone who cares about us and who sincerely worries for us. Thank you for your support," added the goalkeeper.
