      May 13, 2026 18:34 Society In 2026, the administration of Nizhny Novgorod plans to relocate 25 emergency multi-apartment buildings. The work will take place as part of the first phase of the regional targeted relocation program for citizens for the years 2024-2030. This was reported by the NIA "Nizhny Novgorod" in the Department of Construction and Capital Repairs. The program concerns buildings recognized as emergency from January 1, 2017, to January 1, 2022. To date, 19 such buildings have been fully relocated as part of the program. In total, there are 458 emergency multi-apartment buildings in Nizhny Novgorod that are subject to relocation.
