New photos of the Ice Palace from the inside have been shown to the Nizhny Novgorod residents.

      Fresh photos from inside the new Ice Palace at Strelka have emerged. They were published in the official VK community of the sports facility. Recall that the Nizhny Novgorod governor, Gleb Nikitin, announced that the stadium, where the HC Torpedo plans to move, will be called "Volga Arena." Local residents criticized this name due to its Latin spelling. It is now known that the Ice Palace can accommodate up to 13 teams. Each locker room includes coaching, medical, massage rooms, and modern showers.

      Two autonomous blocks are specially equipped for sled hockey representatives. There will be special showers and individual cabins. This will make the stay of athletes with health conditions more comfortable. The locker room for HC Torpedo covers more than 150 square meters. All players will be in the line of sight due to the absence of columns. Such an interior meets the standards of world arenas.

      The arena will be home not only to professional teams but also to amateurs, as well as students of the Torpedo children's school, as clarified in the VK community.

      Additionally, the sports facility has rooms for referees, support groups, and technical staff. All rooms can be converted into dressing rooms for artists if such a need arises.
