The objects in question are located under the car bridge over the Stark River. They were built illegally. The owners must demolish the garages within six months from the date of the resolution's issuance. They will be sent notifications requiring them to voluntarily remove the structures. If this does not happen, the district administration must notify the committee for urban property management and land resources and the department of construction and capital repairs of the city administration.
