"The open day of one of the largest digital conferences in Russia is a great opportunity for residents and guests of the region to get acquainted with advanced developments and the modern landscape of information technology. 'CIPR' is a federal exhibition with a Nizhny Novgorod soul. It is extremely important for us that the residents of Nizhny Novgorod can visit it for free, feel pride for the region and the country," noted the governor of the Nizhny Novgorod region, Gleb Nikitin.

Co-founder and director of the conference, Olga Piven, added that technology has long become a part of everyday life, but due to complex terms, it often seems inaccessible. According to her, the organizers' task is to remove this barrier and show that modern solutions are understandable, useful, and truly simplify life.

On the same day, a city festival "Tech-Friendly Weekend" (18+) will start on the territory of the fair, featuring lectures, discussions, and interactive formats. It will last from May 21 to May 23.

The holding of large-scale IT events aligns with the objectives of the national project "Data Economy and Digital Transformation of the State," which is being implemented from 2025 by order of President Vladimir Putin.
