      A criminal case has been initiated due to the unfinished sports complex on Korableostroiteley Avenue in Nizhny Novgorod. Then a concession agreement was signed with LLC "First Nizhny Novgorod Sports Infrastructure," which was supposed to complete the project by the end of last year, but at that time, the work was only 24.5% complete. As a result, the regional government filed a lawsuit for the termination of the concession and the recovery of 332.8 million rubles from the organization.

      The police have begun an investigation. The case was initiated on March 31 under the article on causing property damage through deception or abuse of trust (paragraph "b" of part 2 of article 165 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
