This was reported by the press service of the Nizhny Novgorod prosecutor's office.

      As the investigation established, from 2017 to June 2020, he assisted other officials in the preparation of fictitious documents. These documents indicated grounds for writing off a vehicle, as well as conducting repairs on equipment supposedly for the purpose of its improvement.

      The damage from these actions exceeded 2 million rubles. At the same time, criminal cases against other participants continue to be considered in court.

      In addition, the defendant inflated the amounts in the estimates for the capital repair of the administrative building of the management. As a result, about 600 thousand rubles were excessively paid from the budget.

      He fully admitted his guilt. The court sentenced him to 4.5 years of imprisonment conditionally with a probation period for the same duration, as well as a fine of 800 thousand rubles.
