In his address, the regional leader noted that the older generation fondly remembers the May Day demonstrations when people took to the streets to share the joy of creative labor together. "Nizhny Novgorod Region carefully preserves and enhances its labor heritage. Leading enterprises operate in the region, and their products are known far beyond the country's borders. Modern industries focus on advanced technologies, process automation, and other tools to increase efficiency. At the same time, we understand that the key to the successful operation of any company is, above all, qualified personnel," emphasized the governor. He also pointed out the attention given to the training of young specialists in the region. According to him, within the framework of the "Professionalism" project, 16 clusters have already been created based on colleges and technical schools, and three more will be added in the coming months. "This is a good example of a seamless educational process, where students become closely acquainted with the enterprise they will work for after receiving their diploma," noted Gleb Nikitin. The regional head also highlighted labor dynasties, emphasizing that they evoke special pride as they pass on dedication to the profession from generation to generation.
