15 unauthorized garages will be demolished on Kashirskaya Street in Nizhny Novgorod.

      On April 30, 2026, at 07:00, 15 illegally constructed garages will be demolished on Kashirskaya Street in the Leninsky District of Nizhny Novgorod. The corresponding decree has been published on the city hall's website.

      This concerns concrete and brick boxes near house No. 70. The land on which they are located is classified as land with undivided state ownership.

      The owners of the structures, or in their absence, the rights holders of the land plot, are required to vacate the garages of property and voluntarily dismantle them within six months from the date of the decree's issuance.

      It was previously reported that illegally built garages would be demolished in Avtozavod.
