The event was organized by the Council of Working Youth of the Nizhny Novgorod Region (SRM NO) in collaboration with the head of the volunteer team "PromEkskursovod" of NGTU named after R.E. Alekseev, Elena Dubik, as part of the project "PRObudushchee Nizhnego" (16+), which won the city competition for youth projects "Young Nizhny." The main topics of the congress were workforce training, the development of skilled trades, and support for young specialists in the industrial sector.

      Honored guests of the event included the chairman of the Nizhny Novgorod City Duma, member of the General Council of the All-Russian Political Party "United Russia" Yevgeny Chintsov, the regional coordinator of the federal party project "Choose Your Own" of "United Russia" in the Nizhny Novgorod Region, chairman of the permanent commission of the Nizhny Novgorod City Duma for economic development, industry, entrepreneurship, and tourism Sergey Plyaskin, and the chairman of the Public Council of the federal party project "Choose Your Own" of "United Russia" in the Nizhny Novgorod Region, director of the Technopark "Ankudinovka" Timur Radaev.

      During the plenary session, leaders of the regional Council of Working Youth—chairman of the Council, assistant to the general director of APZ named after P.I. Plandin Artem Kanashkin, deputy chairman of the Council, chairman of the primary trade union organization of NAO "Hydromash" named after V.I. Luzyanin Alexey Zabrodin, personnel engineer of the personnel management sector of the Gorky Directorate for Track Repair of the Central Directorate for Track Repair Dmitry Kukushkin, and young specialist of the Vyksa Metallurgical Plant Alexandra Lizunova spoke about support programs for young employees at enterprises.

      After the official part, the congress program transitioned to a project interaction format. Students from the Dzerzhinsk Technical College, Uren Industrial and Energy Technical School, Balakhna Technical School, Nizhny Novgorod Business College, and Polytechnic College named after A.P. Rudnev divided into teams to work on employment and modern working conditions, mentoring, and career prospects for youth.

      "New productions are opening, modern technologies are being implemented, and support from the government is growing. Those who choose production receive interesting jobs, clear career growth, decent income, and support from experienced mentors. Platforms like 'PRObudushchee Nizhnego' are very much needed as a support for the professional self-determination of youth," summarized Sergey Plyaskin.
