The Nizhny Novgorod city council approved the design of a 13-story building in Sormovo.

      April 28, 2026 17:29 Economy The Nizhny Novgorod city administration has approved the architectural and urban planning appearance of an apartment building in Sormovo. The order has been published on the agency's website. The building is planned to be located within the boundaries of Barents, Strelkovaya streets, and the Shipbuilders' Avenue on a plot of 3,636 sq. m. The building itself will occupy 717 sq. m. The developer is "Kapstroy-NN". Near the multi-story building, the construction of a substation, a sports and children's playground, as well as the organization of parking spaces is also planned. The document notes that in November 2025, the agency had already approved the appearance of the building, and the new order canceled the previous one.
