A microdistrict of cottages and townhouses is planned to be built near Novinki.

      April 25, 2026 16:38 Economy A microdistrict with nearly 50 houses and townhouses is planned to be built between Novinki and Kusakovka. This is stated in the project for the planning and land surveying of the area. The document has been published on the city hall's website for public discussion. The documentation was prepared by LLC "Master Plan Workshop" at the request of LLC "Capital Management." The construction site, covering an area of 10.8 hectares, is located within the boundaries of Bogolyubova, Alexander Nevsky, Lilac Lane, and Narodnaya streets. The territory is federally owned and intended for comprehensive development. The project includes the construction of 31 two-story cottages, each with an area of 156 sq. m, as well as 17 two-story houses of block construction, each with an area of 200 sq. m. The estimated population of the future microdistrict will be 233 people.

      In addition to housing, a one-story store with an area of 500 sq. m is planned to be built on the territory, along with parking for 10 cars and a four-level closed parking lot with a spiral ramp for 1,441 cars. The implementation of the project is planned in one phase and will be divided into two stages. The first stage includes engineering surveys, laying communications, constructing the store, and arranging parking spaces. These works are expected to be completed by August 13, 2029. The second stage includes the design and construction of residential buildings and a multi-level parking lot. The deadline for the completion of construction is set for August 13, 2030. The landscaping of the area is also planned: creating intra-block passages, sidewalks, and bike paths, installing outdoor lighting, and conducting landscaping. It was previously reported that within the framework of the KRT, 235 hectares in Novinki are planned to be developed, where about 1.2 million square meters of housing will appear.
