More than 20 welders are participating in the regional stage of the "Best in Profession" competition.

      Age restriction: 18+. Alexey Noskov is participating in the "Best in Profession" competition for the first time. His total work experience as a welder is ten years. He entered the profession before the SVO, then served on the front line, and returned to this job again in December last year. He decided to set an example for the guys who are returning to civilian life. Alexey enjoys his work and says that participating in the competition is an additional opportunity to develop in his favorite field.

      "It is important to exchange experiences. There are difficult challenges, but they are very good and useful for improving the quality of welding production."

      In the regional stage of the all-Russian competition "Best in Profession" in the nomination "Welder," participants will face a practical part: manual arc welding in different positions, cutting, assembly on tacks, cleaning and inspecting seams, as well as setting up equipment. Each stage is as close as possible to real tasks.

      "For me, it is easier to deal with emotions because the work is already familiar to us. But overcoming the excitement of the competition is more difficult."

      The theoretical part adds to the excitement. A test of 20 questions on welding technology, labor protection, fire safety, and reading drawings, plus an oral production case. The "Best in Profession" competition is not just a competition, but a real assessment of skills, a way to identify the best and set a high standard for the entire industry.

      The "Best in Profession" competition is part of the national project "Personnel." It is held over two days. The winner of the regional stage will represent the Nizhny Novgorod region in the final at the federal level. Winners will also receive a pleasant monetary reward: 1 million rubles for first place, 500 thousand for second, and 300 thousand for third.
