      The musical program "Tech-Friendly Weekend" will be part of the urban technology festival, which will take place from May 21 to May 23, 2026, in Nizhny Novgorod at the Nizhny Novgorod Fair. This was reported by the organizers. This year, the festival, which is held annually as part of the CIPR conference, is strengthening its cultural direction and considers music as a way to complement the business program, translating the conversation about technologies into a more open and lively format. The headliners of the musical program will be ANIKV and OG Buda. The lineup also includes: MIRÈLE, Lovanda, XXXManera, Risha, Lesha Mironov, and Call Me Ilya.

      "The launch of the musical program is a new chapter for the festival. We are scaling up the 'Tech-Friendly Weekend' and moving beyond the usual format by adding a full cultural layer to the business program. This allows us to expand the audience and make the festival a notable urban event," notes Irina Efimova, the organizer of the CIPR conference and the "Tech-Friendly Weekend" festival.

      Performances will take place on May 22 and 23: during the day, guests can expect DJ sets, and in the evening (from 22:00 to 22:00) - live performances by bands and artists. (16+)

      "Scientific events often work through the rational - lectures, ideas, facts, hypotheses. Music, as an important cultural context, unites different audiences and creates a common space. It changes the perception of the technological agenda, helps to interpret complex topics more simply, and expands the boundaries of experience," said Olga Piven, co-founder and director of the CIPR conference and the "Tech-Friendly Weekend" festival.

      Traditionally, festival participants will also enjoy an extensive business program: lectures, public discussions, master classes, and interactive formats. The business program will be built around several thematic tracks dedicated to long-term technological and social changes. Scientists, entrepreneurs, and representatives of creative industries will meet on one stage - from researchers and science popularizers to young media producers and authors of digital culture. Among the key speakers of the festival are Alexey Semikhatov, Vladimir Surdin, Andrey Konyayev, Daniil Trabun, Dmitry Beskromny, Natalia Osmann, Daria Zolotukhina, Yulia Gorodnicheva, and many others.

      Throughout all days of the festival, there will also be VR zones and technological installations, sports and intellectual activities, as well as programs for children. The festival will extend beyond the venue as part of the urban initiative "Meet Nizhny."

      In addition, CIPR and "Tech-Friendly Weekend" will support the charity half-marathon "Run, Hero!", which participants and guests of the festival can join.

      Entry to the events of the musical program and other activities of "Tech-Friendly Weekend" is free, with mandatory registration on the website.

      To attend the musical program on May 22 and 23, it is necessary to choose one of the slots: daytime (12:00—19:00) or evening (20:00—22:00). Registration is available for one slot per day, the number of places is limited, and selection is made in the personal account.
