Two villages in the Bogorodsky district proposed to become villages.

The corresponding bill has been submitted to the ZSNO. As noted in the explanatory note, the need for changes is related to the fact that there are two villages named Krutets in the Doskinsky and Aleshkovsky rural councils, and two villages named Ushakovo in the Kamensky and Aleshkovsky rural councils. When in 2020 all settlements of the Bogorodsky district were merged into a municipal district, they ended up on the same list in the Federal Information Address System, which created difficulties in maintaining the state address register. According to current regulations, an address must be unique — there cannot be two populated areas with the same name and type in one municipal formation. To eliminate duplication, it is proposed to change the type of two populated areas — the village of Krutets (Doskinsky rural council) and the village of Ushakovo (Kamensky rural council) — from a village to a selo. Their boundaries will remain the same, and the changes will not affect other populated areas. Residents will not need to change their documents. This decision will also not affect the social support measures that apply to rural residents. The initiative was put forward by the Council of Deputies of the Bogorodsky municipal district, taking into account the opinion of the administration. Surveys were conducted in the specified populated areas. In the village of Krutets (Doskinsky rural council), 16 out of 62 registered residents supported the change of status. In Ushakovo (Kamensky rural council), one of six residents expressed support, while five opposed it. In Ushakovo (Aleshkovsky rural council), 174 people opposed the change of the type of the populated area. In Krutets (Aleshkovsky rural council), the survey was deemed invalid. As a result, the Council of Deputies of the district expressed agreement to change the type of the village of Krutets (Doskinsky rural council) and the village of Ushakovo (Kamensky rural council) to "selo," taking into account the opinion and in the interests of the population.
