April 18, 2026 08:48 Society Restrictions have been reintroduced at Nizhny Novgorod's Chkalov Airport due to the threat of a drone attack. According to Rosaviatsiya, on the morning of April 18, the air harbor is not accepting or releasing flights. Passengers are advised to monitor the online display on the airport's website. All changes to the schedule are reflected there. Currently, four flights are delayed. One is for departure (an evening flight to Kaliningrad), and three are for arrival (from Yekaterinburg, Moscow, and St. Petersburg). Recall that on the night of April 5, air defense forces repelled an attack by 30 enemy drones over the industrial zone of the Kstovo district.
