Four more three-section trams will be put into service on the line in Nizhny Novgorod.

      April 17, 2026 16:10 Society Four more three-section trams have arrived in Nizhny Novgorod. Specialists are currently conducting commissioning work, said the director of LLC "Ecological Projects" Evgeny Grabovsky at a meeting of the city council's transport and road management committee. The concession agreement was signed in September 2022. The document provides for the supply of 170 units of rolling stock. As part of the agreement, the city is to receive 144 single cars and 26 three-section trams. The delivery of single trams has already been fully completed. As for the three-section cars, three of them were delivered earlier and have already been put into operation. Another four have arrived in Nizhny Novgorod at present. The new trams are planned to be put into service by mid-April.
