The Development Corporation of the Nizhny Novgorod Region and the Dzerzhinsk Chemical College signed a cooperation agreement.

      The General Director of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Development Corporation, Igor Ishchenko, and the Director of the Dzerzhinsk Chemical Technical School named after the Red Army, Yegor Nikitin, signed a cooperation agreement between the organizations. This was reported by the press service of the Corporation. The main goal of the interaction is to meet the staffing needs of the residents of the special economic zone (SEZ) "Kulibin." As part of the cooperation, the parties plan to conduct training and retraining of specialists, assist in organizing internships and practical training at the enterprises of the SEZ residents. "The Dzerzhinsk Chemical Technical School has a significant set of competencies for training specialists needed by the residents of our SEZ. We have already established close cooperation with the institution in the field of career guidance for students, and the signed agreement will allow us to expand the areas of our collaboration," said Igor Ishchenko. The cooperation also implies the adjustment of existing and the formation of new educational programs in accordance with the needs of modern production. "Cooperation with the Nizhny Novgorod Region Development Corporation is a step forward towards the real sector of the economy. Together, we strengthen the orientation of educational programs towards real enterprises, implement graduate employment projects, and develop the human resources potential of the region. Key priorities include the exchange of innovations and creating clear guidelines for youth in the industry. Together, we are shaping the future of the chemical industry in Dzerzhinsk and the Nizhny Novgorod region," noted Yegor Nikitin. It is worth mentioning that the Nizhny Novgorod Region Development Corporation, the managing company of the SEZ, implements a comprehensive staffing program for the residents of the site. It includes analyzing the needs of companies, a system of interaction with educational institutions: forming new and adjusting existing educational programs, organizing internships and practical training for students at resident companies, targeted training programs, and implementing career and career guidance projects. As part of the program implementation, the launch of at least three educational and practical programs corresponding to the staffing needs of residents is planned for 2026. Specific areas are under development. Currently, excursions to the production site of the GK "Sintez OKA," which is part of the SEZ "Kulibin," and to the enterprises of the residents "RusSilica," "Plastmatika," "Khom Company," and "RT-Composite Gas Cylinders" are available for Nizhny Novgorod students.       Earlier, the Nizhny Novgorod Region Development Corporation signed cooperation agreements with Lobachevsky NNSU, Alexeyev NGTU, NNGASU, HSE Nizhny Novgorod, Nizhny Novgorod Industrial College, and Kstovo Oil Technical School. Since 2025, a national project "Personnel" has been in effect in Russia by the order of President Vladimir Putin. Its goal is to create conditions for the development of human potential and to form a competitive personnel reserve. Also, within the framework of the national project, a federal project "Labor Man" has been launched, aimed at increasing the prestige of working professions.
