      Dmitry Starostin noted that such unofficial visits hold special value, as they provide an opportunity for open communication, exchange of opinions, and experiences. According to him, for a region considered one of the most hospitable in the country, it was important and pleasant to see Errol Musk's warm attitude towards the Nizhny Novgorod region, its history, and culture.

      "Such meetings contribute to strengthening the international recognition of the region and attract people's attention. We look forward to new guests and potential partners in Nizhny Novgorod," added Dmitry Starostin.

      As part of the program during his stay, Errol Musk visited the IT campus "NEIMARK." He was introduced to the infrastructure of co-living spaces and the modern conditions created for the work of technology teams. Additionally, he met with scientists from the region. The meeting also included Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Ekaterina Solntseva and Minister of Science and Higher Education Viktor Anisimov. Prospective areas of cooperation with the "NEIMARK" University in the scientific field were discussed, including the possibility of creating joint laboratories and current issues in the development of scientific thought, including research on dark energy and gravity.

      Errol Musk also interacted with foreign citizens who moved to the Nizhny Novgorod region with the support of the "OKA" Agency. Currently, more than 100 people have already arrived in the region, and about 1,200 applications are under consideration.

      The agency's director, Jakob Pinneker, emphasized that it is especially important when foreigners who have chosen Russia for living share their impressions and talk about the opportunities the country provides to those who show interest in it.

      Following the visit, Errol Musk stated that he was impressed by Nizhny Novgorod and sees several promising areas for further cooperation.
