      An unknown person wrote to the pensioner in a messenger and informed her that suspicious transactions were being recorded on her accounts. To supposedly save her savings, he suggested urgently transferring the money to "safe" accounts. The woman believed him, went to the bank, and withdrew 3,040,000 rubles — all that was on her card. She then approached the ATM several times and transferred money according to the details dictated by the interlocutor. In the police, the pensioner reported that she was aware of such fraud schemes — she had heard about them before. Nevertheless, at the crucial moment, she ignored the warnings and followed all the instructions of the stranger. The woman only realized she had been deceived after the scammer cut off communication and no longer contacted her. A criminal case has been initiated regarding this incident.
