This was reported by "KP-Petersburg" citing information from Rosimushchestvo. According to the provided data, the property was nationalized in March 2026 in accordance with a court decision. Due to the ban on privatization, the future fate of the property will be determined in accordance with state interests. Previously, this plot was referred to as the Nevzorov family nest*. The territory is surrounded by a three-meter fence, with surveillance cameras installed around the perimeter and trees planted. The plot features a stable where Alexander kept his famous "talking and reading" horses, as well as high-value breeding animals. There is also an equestrian sports area and a large four-story house on the property. Neighbors reported that the Nevzorovs were quiet neighbors and did not cause problems, and sometimes the leader of the "Leningrad" group, Sergey Shnurov, would visit them. After Alexander Nevzorov left Russia, he tried to keep his mansion by transferring it to his mother-in-law. However, the prosecutor's office filed a lawsuit to return the plot to the state, claiming that the land was allocated in violation of regulations. As a result, the journalist's mother-in-law was removed from the list of owners.
