Industrial enterprises will be able to reimburse up to 15 million rubles for the purchase of domestic equipment.

      On April 8, 2026, at 18:12, the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Entrepreneurship of the Nizhny Novgorod Region announced the start of accepting applications for subsidies to reimburse part of the costs of industrial enterprises for the purchase of new domestic equipment.

      "Subsidizing allows companies in the manufacturing sector to compensate for costs amounting to 50 percent of the equipment's value, but not more than 15 million rubles. A total of 132.8 million rubles has been allocated for the implementation of this support measure. Such support gives enterprises the opportunity to redistribute their own funds – directing them towards production development, launching new projects, and solving current tasks," noted Maxim Cherkasov, the Minister of Industry, Trade, and Entrepreneurship of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.

      He added that 48 million rubles were allocated from the regional budget and 84.8 million from the federal budget, as part of a unified regional subsidy from the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.

      Costs under contracts for the purchase of new domestic equipment acquired in 2023-2026, which is included in the current register of Russian industrial products, are eligible for reimbursement.

      Industrial enterprises registered in the Nizhny Novgorod Region that engage in activities related to the "Manufacturing" section of the All-Russian Classifier of Economic Activities (excluding activities not under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation) can participate in the competitive selection.

      Additional points in the selection will be awarded to companies participating in the federal project "Labor Productivity," working with the state information system for industry (GISP), belonging to industrial clusters in the region, whose products are included in the Register of Russian Industrial Products, as well as enterprises that participated in the "Young Industrialist of the Year" award.
