      An employee of the city clinic in Dzerzhinsk will stand trial. She is accused of unauthorized access to protected computer information. This was reported by the investigative department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Nizhny Novgorod region.

      According to the investigation, in 2024, a nurse from the Dzerzhinsk clinic, driven by greed, used the account and electronic signature of one of the doctors. Through them, she entered false data into the Unified State Health System about the issuance of sick leaves. At the same time, the people for whom the sick leaves were issued were actually healthy and had not even crossed the threshold of the medical institution.

      Due to the nurse's actions, the computer data was altered, and the integrity of the information system was compromised. The investigation has gathered enough evidence, and the criminal case has been sent to court. Now the woman faces liability for illegal access to protected computer information.
