      In the Avtozavodsky district of Nizhny Novgorod, a new automotive manufacturing facility is planned. The documentation for the planning and land surveying of Novopolevaya Street has already been submitted for public discussions. This information was published on the official website of the city administration.

      The customer is LLC "Vershina". The area of the plot for the future production is about nine hectares. According to the project, it includes the reconstruction of Novopolevaya Street itself (it is intended to bring it to the parameters of a main street of urban significance with regulated traffic), the construction of entrances and internal passages, sidewalks, parking lots, as well as the laying of engineering communications. In addition, the project includes the installation of stormwater drainage and landscaping of the area.

      Construction is planned to be carried out in one phase, but in stages. The maximum deadline for the completion of all works is until 2033 inclusive. Public discussions are taking place from April 1 to April 10. Anyone wishing to participate in the discussions can do so, but identification will be required.
