"Our Ministry of Transport is currently actively negotiating with a number of airlines. It is clear that this issue is related to commercial efficiency and logistical matters. But such negotiations are underway. I believe the issue will be resolved," said the Minister of International and Interregional Relations of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, Olga Guseva, in response to a question from NIA. According to Olga Guseva, the schedule and timing for the launch of flights will be announced later. "Of course, we are interested in having the flights resumed," the minister emphasized. In 2025, residents of Nizhny Novgorod could fly directly to Minsk. This year's schedule does not include any flights. At the same time, as reported by the Chkalov Airport, passengers will have access to nine international destinations. In particular, direct flights to Serbia will start in May.
