The number of residents of Nizhny Novgorod's "Quantum Valley" has increased to 58.

      March 31, 2026 14:44 Economy Experts approved applications from six companies for resident status at the Innovation Science and Technology Center (ISTC) "Quantum Valley". The meeting was chaired by the Deputy Head of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, Yegor Polyakov. "The Nizhny Novgorod Region pays special attention to the development of the IT industry, building a full-fledged ecosystem to support digital projects, including through the center," noted Yegor Polyakov, emphasizing that 5 out of 6 new projects are being implemented in the field of advanced digital technologies. The new residents of the ISTC are: LLC "Everix Rus", developing a corporate benefits and employee motivation management system that will reduce operational costs and automate processes; LLC "Sim Telecom", creating a platform for intelligent management of mobile access to "smart" devices based on AI analytics and telecommunications operators, applied in energy, utilities, and logistics; LLC "Start Complex", developing a platform for digital information models in construction; LLC "Rusglass", working on deep processing technology for waste using physical, mechanical, and software methods to reduce costs for burial and transportation; LLC "Riversystems", creating a platform with predictive analytics and team performance assessment for optimizing personnel management; LLC "Media 108", developing a tool for automating all stages of advertising campaigns, including strategy, media planning, and monitoring. The ISTC "Quantum Valley" continues to attract high-tech companies from across the country. In 2025, 22 enterprises received resident status, working in five key areas of the center. Currently, there are 58 companies that are residents of the ISTC. Residents are working on projects in five key areas: advanced digital technologies, innovative manufacturing, intelligent transport systems, personalized medicine, and ecology. The managing company of the ISTC is the Nizhny Novgorod Region Development Corporation. One of the key advantages of the ISTC is the tax incentive system for residents.
