Six companies have become residents of the Quantum Valley Innovation and Technology Center.

      The expert council approved the applications of six companies for the status of a resident of the innovative scientific and technological center (ISTC) "Quantum Valley." The meeting was chaired by the Deputy Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, Yegor Polyakov. According to Yegor Polyakov, five out of six new projects are being implemented in the field of advanced digital technologies. Currently, there are 58 companies that are residents of the ISTC. The discussion of the projects involved the Deputy Chairmen of the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, Arthur Batursky and Ekaterina Solntseva, the General Director of the Regional Development Corporation Igor Ishchenko, the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Viktor Anisimov, the Director of the National Research University "Higher School of Economics" Anna Blyakhman, the Vice-Rector for Science and Innovations of NNSU named after N.I. Lobachevsky Mikhail Gryaznov, and the Director of the ANO "Nizhny Novgorod Science and Technology Center" Alexander Tarasenko. The status of residents was granted to LLC "Everix Rus" with a project for a corporate benefits management system and non-monetary employee motivation; LLC "Sim Telecom," developing a platform for intelligent mobile access management for "smart" devices; LLC "Start Complex" with a platform for creating digital information models in investment and construction projects; LLC "Rusglass," creating a technology for deep processing of construction, industrial, and municipal waste; LLC "Riversystems," working on a platform with a predictive analytics and team effectiveness assessment system; LLC "Media 108" with a platform for automating advertising campaigns. As Ekaterina Solntseva noted, in 2025, 22 enterprises became residents of the center, implementing projects in five areas of activity of the "valley." The products of the new companies correspond to the areas of "Advanced Digital Technologies" and "Ecology."

      The managing company of the ISTC "Quantum Valley" is the Nizhny Novgorod Region Development Corporation. Applications for resident status can be submitted on the center's website. The decision to grant status is made by the managing company and the fund. ISTC residents receive tax benefits: for ten years, the profit tax, property tax, and VAT are zero, and insurance contributions are paid at a reduced rate. Since 2025, "Increasing Investment Activity" has been a federal project of the national project "Effective and Competitive Economy." Its goal is to ensure clear business conditions and systemic support measures to increase the share of investments in GRP.
