LUKOIL participated in the Open House Day of KNT.

      March 31, 2026 16:06 Society On March 28, at the Kstovo Oil College named after B.I. Kornilov, activists of the Young Specialists Council of LLC "LUKOIL-Nizhny Novgorodnefteorgsintez" (100% subsidiary of PJSC "LUKOIL") informed future applicants and their parents about working in the Company. During the Open Day at the college, employees of the Nizhny Novgorod Oil Refinery conducted a thematic educational quiz among schoolchildren and presented a presentation about the oil refinery to help them decide on their future profession. Addressing the parents of potential students, the director of the GBOU KNT named after B.I. Kornilov, Tatiana Razina, noted that the main outcome of education and cooperation with LLC "LUKOIL-Nizhny Novgorodnefteorgsintez" is the real opportunity for employment. A corporate group of first-year students has been formed and is being trained at the college, targeted contracts have been signed with second and fourth-year students, and graduating students are undergoing industrial practice at the Company's refinery. In addition, the enterprise supports initiatives, helping future specialists develop personal qualities and social skills.
