Beeline has launched a money-back guarantee for communication services without explanation.

      On March 31, 2026, at 12:03, Beeline launched a promotion that allows users to independently return funds if they are dissatisfied with the quality of the service. This scheme appears for the first time in the Russian telecom market: the refund is initiated by the customer and does not require contacting support, verifying circumstances, or providing any justification from the user.

      This option is available to customers of the updated Bee (bi) subscription who connected it or switched to it with their number from March 26 to August 31, 2026. The mechanics of the promotion are very simple: the user presses a button in the app, after which the operator refunds the money for one day of service. If the subscription fee is charged daily, the cost of one day is refunded. If payment is made for the entire month upfront, the customer is credited 1/30 of the monthly cost. The funds are credited to a bonus balance, and there is no expiration date — they can be used to pay for the subscription fee. The function can be used up to 50 times a year, but no more than once a day.

      "We believe that the relationship between the operator and the customer should be based on care and trust. If a person is dissatisfied with the quality of the service, they should have the opportunity to quickly get their money back for that day — without applications, checks, and lengthy disputes. One button in the app is enough," noted Oleg Reshetin, Deputy General Director of Beeline.

      This launch is part of a large-scale change in the approach to customer interaction — towards greater transparency, trust, and user control.
