The historical real estate portal has launched in the Nizhny Novgorod region.

      March 30, 2026 14:30 Culture and Recreation To simplify interaction with investors in the Nizhny Novgorod region, a unified portal for historical real estate has been launched. This was reported by the press service of the regional government. The development of the service was overseen by the regional Ministry of Economic Development and Investments. The website kupitokn.rf already contains information on more than 80 properties prepared for sale at auction. For each property, characteristics are published, including data on connections to networks, ownership form, and cadastral number, historical references, documents, photographs, and geotags. The list of properties is planned to be expanded. Currently, auctions are taking place for five architectural monuments. Among them are the "House of V.M. Rukavishnikov" in Nizhny Novgorod, the "Merchant Ryazanov's House" in Gorodets, an urban estate in the village of Kurmysh in the Pilninsky district, a gymnasium in Lyskov, and the "House where the Council of Workers, Soldiers, and Peasants Deputies of the Makaryevsky District was located since 1917." From the card of each property, one can follow a direct link to the electronic trading platform where the auctions are held. The Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod region, Gleb Nikitin, emphasized that the region has significant historical and architectural heritage that requires preservation. The new digital platform makes the process of attracting business more transparent and convenient, as well as allows tracking cultural heritage and historical environment objects that are in the active trading stage. "Our region is a real open-air museum. There are a huge number of historical and architectural monuments here, including wooden architecture objects, which we must preserve for future generations. We cannot do without the help of investors," noted the head of the Nizhny Novgorod region. According to Deputy Governor Yegor Polyakov, the portal is designed as a convenient communication platform in the format of "state-investor." Investors can leave their contact details on the site for feedback and expect informational, legal, administrative, and organizational support. The portal also allows searching for properties by municipalities and getting acquainted with support measures. Reference materials and videos prepared by ASI are posted on the resource. The operator of the platform is the ANO "ASIRIS." The auctions are conducted by the KP Nizhny Novgorod Region "Regnedvizhimost" and local government bodies.
