      March 27, 2026 13:28 Society The Nizhny Novgorod city administration is looking for a contractor to maintain 43 bridges and overpasses from June 1 to December 31, 2026. Information about the competition has been published on the government procurement portal. The city budget is ready to allocate 41.3 million rubles for this (the initial contract price). The funds are allocated as part of the municipal program "Maintenance of the road complex and development of the metro in the city of Nizhny Novgorod" for 2026-2031.

      The contractor is obliged to inspect the bridges, wash and install road signs on them, clean drainage systems, service expansion joints, and repair fences. Applications for the competition can be submitted until April 13. It was previously reported that the new Bor Bridge and its approaches will be repaired in 2026-2027.
