The Third District Party Reporting and Program Forum "There is a Result!" took place in Nizhny Novgorod.

      The third regional reporting and program forum "There is a Result!" took place in Nizhny Novgorod. Representatives from the regions of the Volga Federal District gathered at the Nizhny Novgorod Fair. Among them were participants of youth movements and patriotic associations, representatives of educational centers, teachers, mentors, students, and veterans of the Special Military Operation (SMO).

      The focus is on the implementation of the provisions of the People's Program of the party aimed at creating conditions for the self-realization of the younger generation, developing modern educational and sports infrastructure, as well as preparing personnel, including to ensure the technological sovereignty of Russia.

      The event was attended by the Secretary of the General Council of the "United Russia" party, Vladimir Yakushev, and the Deputy Chairman of the Government of Russia, Dmitry Chernyshenko.

      "The party pays special attention to supporting youth and developing children. This is a strategic direction in our work — it is precisely from how our future generations grow that the future of our country depends. By investing efforts in their education and support, we invest in the economy, science, and society. In a strong and competitive Russia," emphasized Vladimir Yakushev.

      The Chairman of the City Duma of Nizhny Novgorod, a holder of three Orders of Courage, and a member of the General Council of the "United Russia" party, Yevgeny Chintsov, spoke about the consolidation of Russian society and the powerful potential that participants of the SMO possess.

      "We are participants of the SMO, engineers, builders, artists, scientists, IT specialists, teachers. We have unique experiences, different professions, but we are united by one thing — the desire to work for the benefit of Russia. We have knowledge, energy, and a willingness to take responsibility. Use our experience, involve us in solving state tasks. We want and can be useful. Together with the "United Russia" party, we are ready to engage in work — from the strategic implementation of the People's Program to specific projects in our cities and villages. We have something to offer, and we are ready to act," he emphasized.

      The working part of the forum took place in the format of round tables. During the discussion on the topic "Creating Conditions for the Generation of Creators," experts, educators, and public figures discussed the development of knowledge infrastructure — from eliminating queues in kindergartens to supporting young researchers. Special attention was paid to finding a balance between quality education and maintaining children's health. Participants proposed an initiative to introduce a moratorium on increasing the academic load for schoolchildren and suggested expanding the educational infrastructure.

      Separate discussions were held on career choice and the system of secondary and higher education. Important participants in the discussion included representatives of youth movements and organizations.

      "The party is pursuing a consistent course towards rejuvenation, and it is very important to talk to young people who are entering independent life, engaging in public activities, and achieving success in industry, economy, and science. This is a fresh perspective on the events happening in the world. We live in an era of geopolitical turbulence, and traditional solutions are not applicable today. The topic of the national project 'Youth and Personnel' is personally close to me — I am a father of many children, with seven kids. And of course, it is important to understand what legacy we are leaving. Our common task is not only to preserve but also to increase national wealth. We expect that State Duma deputies, senators, and all party members will be attentive to the proposals of youth regarding education, sports, and patriotic education. I am confident that a significant part of the theses that were voiced today will be reflected in the People's Program, which we will approve at the party congress in August 2026," noted State Duma deputy Yuri Stankevich.

      At the round table dedicated to the development of future engineers as the basis of Russia's technological sovereignty, participants formulated a key proposal for the People's Program. It aims to establish a systematic approach that will allow for the construction of an effective educational trajectory for technical specialists, starting from school and ending with guaranteed employment at an enterprise.

      "It is important to expand the profile of engineering classes: robotics, artificial intelligence, neurotechnologies. It is necessary to help technical schools with repairs and equipping them with new high-tech equipment, and to improve the qualifications of teachers in the field of promising technologies. Much has already been done in the last five years. For example, my eldest daughter studies in the engineering class of Lyceum No. 40 in Nizhny Novgorod; she really enjoys getting acquainted with new technologies and is engaged in robotics. The targeted training program is actively developing — a continuous trajectory is being formed from school through college to work at an enterprise," said Susanna Gordleeva, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences and head of the neuromorphic computing center at Lobachevsky University.

      At the round table "Sports: from Yard Teams to Student Leagues and Olympic Victories," experts, professional athletes, and representatives of the authorities discussed mechanisms for involving Russians in systematic training. The center of the discussion was the development of student sports, the construction of compact sports facilities in small towns, and support for enthusiastic coaches in their places of residence.

      A separate working block of the forum was dedicated to the topic of mentorship. One of the regional speakers was State Duma deputy Artem Kavinov.

      "The future is born not in high offices, but in the family. It is there that the foundation of personality, patriotism, and love for the Motherland is laid. The key topic of the round table was mentorship. Special attention was paid to the guys participating in the special military operation. We are confident that their experience, courage, and strength of spirit are invaluable resources for raising a new generation. These young people, who have undergone retraining, are in high demand as mentors. Their mission is to be conduits of patriotism and responsibility for those who are just starting their journey. Imagine what a powerful example they can set for college and university students! Their real experience and inner strength are what cannot be found in any textbook," emphasized the parliamentarian.

      As a result of the third regional reporting and program forum "There is a Result!", proposals were formulated for the new People's Program.

      Let us remind you that the document will consist of two blocks — this is a new approach in the party's work. The first is the election program itself, which will gather solutions to the pressing issues facing the country, and the party's work plan for the term of the future parliament. The second block will contain the fundamental ideological and value guidelines of the party, describing the strategic image of Russia.

      "United Russia" has already created an expert council for preparing the People's Program. It includes Heroes of the Russian Federation, participants of the SMO, representatives of higher education and science, the rocket and space and nuclear industries, industry and business, the real sector of the economy, public associations, and trade unions.
