He submitted an application for state social assistance under a social adaptation program, which included the purchase of an embroidery machine. In April 2023, a social contract was concluded. The man received a payment of 350,000 rubles for activities as a self-employed individual. However, he spent the funds on personal needs and provided the institution with fictitious reporting documents on the expenditure of the money. The man is also involved in hooliganism in August 2024. While intoxicated, he provoked a conflict with a 27-year-old resident of Sarov in the territory of the village of Diveevo and fought with him. The court has chosen a preventive measure in the form of detention for the man.
