In 2025, the rescue team "LizaAlert," with the support of Beeline, found and rescued 422 missing residents of Nizhny Novgorod.
March 24, 2026 12:47 Society Throughout 2025, the volunteer search and rescue team "LisaAlert" received requests to search for 587 people in the Nizhny Novgorod region. 422 of them were found and rescued – their relatives received notifications "Found. Alive." People can go missing for various reasons: they may become disoriented due to age or health problems, get lost in the woods, leave without notifying their loved ones, voluntarily leave home, or face a sudden deterioration in their condition. "LisaAlert" works with such situations, where relatives turn for help. A key partner of the rescue team for over 13 years has been Beeline. To assist in the searches, the company participates in operations and develops technical solutions. For example, the operator developed a geo-search service for quickly determining the possible location of the missing and provided equipment for communication in hard-to-reach places. Additionally, there is a unified hotline for inquiries and information transfer, and the Beeline.Search service helps attract people nearby to the search.
The team's work is greatly aided by aerial search technology – drones. They quickly survey areas and transmit images for automatic analysis, significantly speeding up search operations and reducing the burden on volunteers. In 2025, Beeline equipped "LisaAlert" with such technology for five regions. "Beeline has supported us for 13 years, and this partnership helps us implement advanced technologies for saving lives. Especially now, professional drones are crucial: they can survey large areas in minutes, find people even in darkness or through trees, and transmit voice messages for coordinating searches. We have launched a fundraising campaign for their acquisition, and everyone can contribute to their purchase, helping to increase the number of lives saved," notes Grigory Sergeev, head of the PSO "LisaAlert." Beeline, together with "LisaAlert," launched a special project "Gaining Altitude," where funds are being raised for professional equipment that will help expand the capabilities of searching for the missing. The fundraising goal is 150 million rubles to equip teams across the country with professional drones, train volunteer pilots, ensure technical maintenance, and expand the coverage area, speeding up response to disappearances. Everyone can participate in the campaign, and any amount can be donated, even 1 ruble. The initiative started in November 2025, and recently it has already crossed an important milestone: the amount of funds raised surpassed 10,000,000 rubles. Advertisement by PJSC "VimpelCom."
