The presentation took place on March 25 in Nizhny Novgorod during a visit to the site by participants of the reporting and program forum of the "United Russia" party "There is a result!". Among the guests were the Secretary of the General Council of the party Vladimir Yakushev and the Presidential Envoy to the Volga Federal District Igor Komarov. The technopark is being created at the direction of the President of Russia Vladimir Putin. The project is being implemented as part of the federal project "Professionalitet" of the national project "Youth and Children". "Nizhpoligraf" is also among the educational facilities of the people's program of "United Russia" in the Volga capital. Vladimir Yakushev noted that the participation of colleges in the program allows for the updating of the material and technical base and the preparation of more qualified specialists in line with the needs of the economy. "At the site of 'Nizhpoligraf', teachers are also being trained – practical training is organized for them on the best equipment, internships at enterprises," Yakushev emphasized. Deputy Chairman of the Government of Russia Dmitry Chernyshenko stressed that "Nizhpoligraf" is a unique site. He noted that a similar facility in the country exists only in Kaluga, and the technopark should become a "forge of personnel" for the system of secondary vocational education in Nizhny Novgorod and the entire Volga Federal District. Moreover, according to him, the creation of the technopark meets the youth's demand for participation in championships and accelerators. Large events are already taking place at the site, including the finals of the "Professionals" championship, which was held last year. As part of the project, it is planned to open 43 laboratories in various fields – from the chemical industry to tourism. The work is aimed at achieving the task set by the President of Russia – to prepare 1 million specialists and qualified workers by 2028. Gleb Nikitin stated that the system of secondary vocational education needs high-level teachers capable of preparing students in line with current business demands. "The reboot of our colleges and technical schools under 'Professionalitet' and the work of the 'Nizhpoligraf' technopark allow us to fully achieve the set goals," he said. During the visit, forum participants were shown four thematic zones of the technopark. In the mechanical engineering laboratory, students from the Nizhny Novgorod Automotive Technical School demonstrated work on domestic milling and measuring machines, including the manufacture of parts and quality control. The second zone is focused on the professional development of educators. In particular, a master class for production training masters was taking place in the laser cutting laboratory at the time of the visit. The third site brought together about 50 schoolchildren and five young teachers. Projects created in children's technoparks "Kvantorium" were presented here. The fourth zone is intended for the preparation of participants in the All-Russian Championship of Professional Skills "Professionals". This year, "Nizhpoligraf" will again host one of the finals of the competition – it is scheduled for May.
