The corresponding decree was signed by the city administration on March 24. The regime has been in effect since February 26. The decision was made based on the protocol of the meeting of the commission for the prevention and elimination of emergency situations and ensuring fire safety in the city dated February 26. The reason was the emergency condition of the building located at: Ilyinskaya Street, house No. 115 in the Nizhny Novgorod district. The administration of the Nizhny Novgorod district has been instructed to cordon off the dangerous area with a barrier tape, determine the necessary forces and means to eliminate the emergency situation, and notify the owners and residents of the building about the introduction of the regime.
