On January 20, around 10 a.m., while traveling on the R-158 highway, officers from the special forces unit "Berserk" of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the Nizhny Novgorod region witnessed a fatal car accident and were the first to assist the survivors. One of the guys recounted that upon seeing the tragedy, they immediately began to provide aid to the victims. Finding a survivor in a Chevrolet, the special forces officers cut the seatbelts and with great effort moved the car seat, allowing the man to breathe. Rushing to the Skoda vehicle, the officers cut the seatbelts from the survivor and helped him free himself. Upon the arrival of ambulances, the fighters assisted the medics in providing aid and the rescuers in extracting the victims. The officers of the special forces unit "Berserk" have always been distinguished by their selflessness and initiative in helping people in distress, and this time, upon witnessing the tragic incident, the special forces soldiers immediately rushed to the rescue.
