Snowmobiles and all-terrain vehicles will be delivered from Moscow and Nizhny Novgorod to Kamchatka by IL-76 planes of the Russian Emergencies Ministry, the agency's press service reports. In addition, an IL-76 aircraft of the emergency agency will deliver a loader, a snowmobile, and two snowplows from Vladivostok. Rescuers will provide 9 units of heavy special equipment to eliminate the consequences of the cyclone that hit Kamchatka. The activities are organized by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation and the directive of the head of the Russian Emergencies Ministry, Alexander Kurenkov. Work in the Kamchatka region continues. Rescuers from the Russian Emergencies Ministry are clearing the territories and roofs of socially significant institutions from snow and ice blocks, as well as using heavy equipment to clear roads to kindergartens.
