To participate in the interview, it is necessary to provide: - a personal application; - a completed and signed questionnaire in the form approved by the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated October 10, 2024, No. 870 (link to the software for filling out the questionnaire: https://gossluzhba.gov.ru/spo/knowledge-base); - a copy of the passport or a document replacing it; - a copy of the work book (except in cases where the service (labor) activity is being carried out for the first time), and/or information about work activity, and/or other documents confirming the service (labor) activity of the citizen; - copies of documents on education and qualifications; - a conclusion from a medical institution about the presence (absence) of a disease that prevents entry into the state civil service of the Russian Federation and municipal service or its passage (accounting form No. 001-GS/u). The acceptance of documents is carried out until January 26, 2026, inclusive.
