      From December 30, exits No. 4 and No. 6 at Zarechnaya station of the Nizhny Novgorod metro will again be available to passengers. This was reported by the municipal enterprise "Nizhny Novgorod Metro."

      This decision was made after the completion of construction work on the erection of new above-ground pavilions. From that day an underpass beneath Lenin Avenue will also begin to operate. It will connect vestibule No. 2 on the side of Cosmonaut Komarov Street with Druzhby Street.

      The exits and the passage will be available from the very start of the metro's operation — from 05:15.

      Earlier, as part of the modernization of Zarechnaya station in Nizhny Novgorod, a major overhaul of staircases No. 1 and No. 2 was completed.

      In addition, in October 2025 new turnstiles were installed at Zarechnaya.
