      Torpedo lost to Minsk's Dynamo for the third time this season. The last home game of November ended 1–2.

      At first the hosts looked a bit disorganized, while the Minsk side quickly got into the game. The first period was scoreless.

      With five minutes left in the second period, Sergey Goncharuk finally opened the scoring, and he did so while shorthanded. The forward intercepted the puck behind the opponent's net. Trying to make a pass, he hit the skate of a Dynamo defender and the puck deflected into the goal.

      But the hosts' joy was short-lived. Three minutes later Vitaly Pinchuk finished a quick Minsk attack and beat Denis Kostin.

      Early in the third period the visitors took the lead. The winning goal was scored by Vadim Shipachyov — it was his 994th point in the KHL.

      Late in the match Torpedo had a chance to salvage the game: with three minutes to go the hosts got a power play and pulled their goalie for a sixth skater. But they could not equalize.

      The Nizhny Novgorod side remain in 4th place in the Western Conference with 41 points.

      The next match (6+) for Alexey Isakov's men will be on December 1 away against Moscow's Dynamo.
